I don't really know what made me think of it, but when I run Krita as
Administrator, I can use the Fill tool as much as I want. Both 4.03 and 4.1
Nightly.

OK, I realize I'm probably the only one who has this issue (I asked around in
Discord and no one experienced this).
I was wondering if there was any way to troubleshoot this? There is no crash
log generated; Krita just

No, I have the debugger files, but there's no crash report generated.
