I think you are right, because reminders stopped at 3 am.
But then there is a bug in the calculation of the beginning of DST for Europe.
It's the last Sunday in march 1 am UTC, not Saturday!

I think this bug has never been fixed because it occurs once a year, being
related to daylight saving time.
