Disappointingly, I no longer have a backup of this file - A Time Machine
hiccup. I have since changed the setup and have all categories in the base
currency. This has alleviated the issue for me,

I only changed dates of the report to catch all transactions. This would not
show on the default report since there are no transactions in 2022 for that
category.
