I deleted a newly received mail today and the crash appeared again.

These crashes lead to the following situation:
docb@X1E:~> akonadictl stop
Akonadi is not running.
docb@X1E:~> akonadictl start
Akonadi is already running.
docb@X1E:~> akonadictl status
