maybe i need to make this more clear:
after a fresh install (or deletion of kmail config files) i can close kmail
like it should be. everything works.
now i configure kmail again (look into the kmailrc). and i still can clo

this is the kmail2rc that "enables" the bug for me.
to solve it for some time i always do
rm ~/.config/kmail2rc
it
