You are sure, that we both mean the same thing?
Because if yes, is Google doing it also incompetent.
I mean the download of the whole webpage, including JavaScript and so on.

As I said, the option is available. We probably need more information from
Opera developers what exactly they were trying, and what did not work.

Opera refuse to use KFileDialog, until the option to save the whole webside is
available. I dont know, how to do this. I just want to use the KDE Filedialog
in Opera, thats all.
