Not sure why this was re-opened, it hasn't been an issue since kdenlive-19?
But happy to report that in a test with the Windows version, it worked
absolutely fine.

No shift when you simply save and then open the project, you have to close
kdenlive in between:
Steps to reproduce:
Start a new 60fps project
Add a colour clip to the project bin
Add the clip to Video 1 track
Set the dura
