hmmm, i just built kdenlive today with mlt from git and it seems to work in my
laptop. i will try this in my desktop where i found the problem and let you
know? just a question, could this be mlt related?

I just tested in a clean ubuntu 15.10 with our master PPA, and also cannot
reproduce the problem.
Farid, are you using latest version of git master ?
