Indeed, it is, and it was.
I fixed the problem by installing kubuntu backports ppa:
https://launchpad.net/~kubuntu-ppa/+archive/ubuntu/backports
It upgraded Dolphin to dolphin:amd64 (4:17.12.3-0ubuntu1). Dolphin ha
