The test archive is sorted-by-date as expected here. Note that files and
folders have different sortings.
However, the screenshot you attached does show a wrong sorting for sibling
files...

Seems it happens with anyone. Those were always created with the "compress
here" command in dolphin, in a default and updated kubuntu 17.04 install.
