I use this machine as headless hypervisor for VFIO/passthrough. So this system
with KDE has no graphics card assigned. And even if it did, the displays are
connected either via DP or DVI, no HDMI.

Might also be bug 466620. Do you by any chance have any HDMI monitors
connected?
