Initially i identified the component as Oxygen, but i noticed that the color
systemsettings module just does not update che "contrast" setting into the
kdeglobals file.

i noticed that the value for "contrast" in kdeglobals in [KDE] section is not
updated by the color config utility.
But if i chang it manualy and logout/login, then the contrast changes.
I'm a bit lost now, because
