I changed the icon theme back to breeze and the update icon showed up again. I
thought the system tray icons were determined by the theme and not the icon
style. (Was using Numix-White icon theme)

I can't use a screenshot, because every time I press print screen, the system
tray hides again. I took a picture with my phone instead.
