I searched and the icon is called:
application-x-keepassx.png
keepassx.png
It is in the HiColor set: /usr/share/icons/hicolor/128x128/apps (if that
helps).

can you post a screenshot cause I don't use KeepassX do you need an icon for
the system tray or for the application. what is the icon called?

There is no breeze application icon, therefore KeepassX defaults to its
standard icon.
