env var to always ignore unverified sites and skip the annoying dialog.

Update on this - seems to only happen after resume from suspend - and ONLY on
systems with NVidia GPU. I have Intel and AMD boxes that work fine but NVidia
has render issues. Strange.

Yes as I've used this desktop layout back through KDE4. As plasmoids are
anchored to the top left corner, any plasmoid on the right or bottom of the
screen that would get cut off during a screen resolution change
