I just installed an update of the nvidia driver (OpenSuse Leap) and the problem
is solved. I enabled openGL (2.0/3.1) in the Compositor's configuration page
and the system doesn't switch back to XRender.

I use my notebook for daily work. Therefore it don't want to change to the
unstable branch of opensuse. I re-check it if 15.12 is available in the offical
repositories of opensuse.
