Not sure if this helps: Running Kubuntu 14.04, KDE 4.14.13, Akonadi 1.13.0,
Kontact 4.14.3 on another computer, the openxchange ressource for the same
account on com4.strato.com does work.

Problem still exists on Kubuntu 17.04, KDE 5.31.0, Akonadi 5.2.2, Kontact
5.2.3. Openxchange server is com4.strato.com.
