even be the culprit. The installer keeps complaining it's still running every

Sorry. I also should've mentioned that *I DID* uninstall first 20.x before
installing 21.x as per the instructions on the download page.

Oh, I should mention that installing 20.12.3 fixes the issue, it won't crash on
startup.
