I had actually started using another Icon Theme so not sure. I just
re-installed We10x and it 'looks' OK. I'll keep using it for a while and see if
anything untowards happens and report back

BTW - I did test by changing the Icon Theme to Breeze using X11 and rebooted
the PC. The icons came up fine so it does look like something with the We10X
Icon Theme

Icons in System Tray look OK but a couple of them are very dim

Not sure if you want feedback from a user but here it is. I package update
every day and have been seeing the icons in the system tray and expanded tray
all displaying properly now and for the past few days
