Yes I am familiar with gdb, but the stack is empty, so no backtrace.
I tested kdenlive-21.04.0-rc-x86_64.appimage and received the same 2
confirmation popups and reproduced the same crash.

I'm not familiar with this codebase but I am with a few other programs', and
it's usually just a choice of ENUM used in the scaling function. The magnifier
