Yes, it seems tricky to reproduce, I'm keeping journalctl -f open while I use

Just reproduced this on Neon unstable.
I'm on an AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT, Wayland session. The issue persists with
QT_QUICK_BACKEND=software, for what it's worth.

Another thing I tried was to delete plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc,
restart Plasma, and make a new applet, but the problem persisted.
