Why is OKULAR not listed as multiplatform KDE software web page?

Why is OKULAR not listed as multiplatform KDE software web page? I use and recommend it in MS WOS, and works as well as in my Manjaro x86 KDE ans Manjaro ARM KDE - Pinetab.

Any plans to add handwritting OCR recognition to KDE?

I have just read that is possible to implement it, but did not find a way of adding it to my Pinetab. I really do not need it, but I think it would be a great selling point to have cross - application handwriting capabilities in the Steam Deck, Pinetab, and future KDE tablets. https://nanonets.co
