release candidate as a basis for tests and translations. on the other hand,
each and every latest snapshot is essentially a release candidate ;) so feel
free to grab one and translate away.

I'll try to contact usual translators tomorrow. I think we can
let them 2 weeks to finalize translations. I'll have some free
