Just committed itext 2.1.7 (r3600).
Seems the cause of the problem and I just made a quick
test to check it does not stop cadplan plugin working.

With 2.1.7 printing works for me too. Especially printing to layered PDF file
is a useful feature and as far as I know QGis, gvSIG and Kosmo are missing
such. I think we should activate it by default for OJ Plus users even you are
right that having three different printing plugins is not op

itext 2.1.5 vs 2.1.7
Geoff, I think it will be OK, I suppose that new methods may have been
introduced between 2.1.5 and 2.1.7 but there is little chance that backward
compatibility has been bro
