Hi,
I get exactly this error message when I try to connect to a
postgres/postgis database where geometry columns are not declared in the
geometry_columns table.
In this case, I still can do free queries with menu Layer>Run query if I
use the syntax
select asbinary(geom_col),* from mytable
wher
It may be that the plugin is not finding any accessible table.
Try putting a single '-' (dash) in the Schema Name field.
That would be interpreted as "use the current schema".
The tables listed are all the accessible tables even if they have
no geometric columns.
Anyway you should be able to use
