Hey, the Generalization->Simplify (ISA) Algorithm doesn't seem to work
correctly. We have stopped using that algorithm in SkyJUMP here at ISA, so
I propose that we remove the option, unless someone has found a use for it
that the (JTS) algorithm won't do.

That's OK for me
There still are two simplification functions from vivid (simplify and
simplify preserving topology)
The only one missing is simplify a polygon layer preserving topology, a
good candidate for a future plugin :-)

ah.. I just looked on my stuff again - it would require some work -
since I only did a boundary extraction for now [and not the polygon
generation again] - but it is doable.
I even need to work on that next year as my current research topic is on
the simplification of polygon-tesselations.
