yes, the SLD import/export is more or less finished. Unfortunately, I'll be
Hi,
I downloaded fresh weekly build and wondered why it does not start from Windows
.bat file. I have tried to find out what is the difference from the previous
versions which do start but everything looks like similar. Anyway OpenJUMP does
not start and the message is Could not find the main cla
I'll check this out and get back to you Jukka.
I'm due to bundle a new weekly build today, anyways.

Sorry. Window named as Java virtual machine launcher says:
"Could not find the main class. Program will exit!"

try changing the following line:
set JAVA_OPTS=-Xms256M -Xmx256M "-Djump.home=%
yes.. the spaces are a problem.
what I did was to put a copy of jawaw (from 1.6 folder) in C:\ and
renamed it javaw16.exe to remember. Then I changed the batch script
(i.e. replace "javaw" by "C:\javaw16"). This did work.
however.. I am not satisfied with that solution. The next official

I just want to clarify. This is a problem with the bat file and not
with my build distributable?
I can always prepare a MS Windows specific weekly build if this will
help avoid user problems.

Hi
Last OJ WB really seems not working with Java 1.5 - but only with 1.6. Even
with 1.6 it has problem. It seems former OJ WB was not affected of this. I will
do other tests

I bet I need to change the compiler settings on my Eclipse project.
Let me try that and I will post the weekly build again. Then someone
running 1.5 can give it a spin for me.

that you compile with 1.6 is a problem of your built and not one of the
batch file. I.e. the batch file is fine.
however, What I meant with the email below is, that the official
releases (not necessarily the nighlty built) will be 1.5.

ok.. I will test.
Btw. Sourceforge increased our webspace to 300MB (by today?) so we can
try now to store the nightly built there. I will send further info
today/tomorrow.

Thanks for clarifying Stefan.
I did compile the weekly build for Java 1.5. Did we decide to move to
Java 1.6 for the OpenJUMP trunk? If not, then I should be compiling
the weekly build for 1.5.

I'll be working on a nightly build this weekend. It will require that
I have Subversion installed, and that I execute a script at a specific
time everyday. I don't have permission from my IT guy to do this on my
work computer.
I will try to set the nightly build up on my Debian Linux box at home.
to my knowledge we are with 1.5
