Excellent idea for having a method to download installable plugins!
I've tried to use this with openjump-20070710-0017 for installing
Edgar's CTS and this is what I got:

Found what went wrong...
The method put the file 'ext\gt2jump.cts-0.1a.zip' in the lib/ folder.
So this is clearly a path problem.
The method should check the envvar $JUMPHOME and then download the
required plugin to $JUMPHOME/lib/ext where it
