I found also a:
org.openjump.core.ui.plugin.layer.ReprojectionPlugIn which is not included
in OJ code neither in the plugins.
Does someone know what is that?

default_plugins.xml file, like
- org.openjump.core.ui.plugin.layer.CTSPlugIn
after

- org.openjump.core.ui.plugin.layer.LayerPropertiesPlugIn (this is a
