yep I have seen it too. and i removed the links from the pages. but how to delete the pages - no idea? The problem is that the wiki is a 'system'. so to delete the pages is probably not as simple. it seems to require a login on the wiki server: http://www.instiki.org/show/FAQ (search for 'orphan
