That's right, Jukka. This is not thematic map coloring based on feature
attributes, since OJ already does that very well. This plugin colors the
map so that no two adjacent features have the same color.

Thanks for the translation, Jukka. I haven't built a release of the

Hi,
I don't quite agree with choropleth, I think choice of color in choropleth it
is driven by a value of some real attribute in the data. Map coloring plugin is
just coloring the map it does not do classification.

Hi Larry,
I tried to test my translation but noticed that ojmapcoloring.jar does not

Hi,
Finnish experimental translation attached. I made a try by translating the name
of the a plugin to ”Five color paint” but I am not sure if it will look good in
UI.

Thanks for the translation, Michaël. I was trying to pull JGraphT from a

If we include it in PLUS version, we have to choose an appropriate

Sanjay,
It is possible to do all of the things you mentioned with OpenJUMP.
However, this would take a programming effort of many days, even for
someone with an excellent knowledge of the program. The source code
for the entire program and for many of the plug-ins is available
online from the JUMP

I'll try and put up a demo of the new docking framework at some point in
the next week so we can use it as a discussion point for improving the UI.
The framework allows you to dock window components but does not allow

Hi Stefan,
Veer started a discussion about tab format on the jump discussion list,
then he wrote to me directly to have more information.
I think he uses kosmo, not jump, but there are not so many differences.
What I understand is that he would like the buttons on the left side of
the table pane

Hi,
I transfer your mail to Jump Pilot Project forum as there are more
people there to be able to give you help.
Jump Pilot Project hosts OpenJUMP project which is a bit different from
kosmo.
So you may want to post a feature request to kosmo team too.
For OpenJUMP, the Feature Request list is h
