Hi Uwe,
I don't know how to use HTML in the Feature Info Tool, but you can display
any HTML data using Map Tooltips. Just insert something like:
http://www.google.com/images/logo_sm.gif"; />
into a text attribute field and hover over the feature with Tooltips turned
on.
