Hi,This is to inform that Layer Attribute is not visible with NEW OJ
DEVELOPMENT (OpenJUMP 20130113 rev.3229 PLUS). Why ? I don't know. But as a
user at (WINDOW7 BASIC platform) I felt my responsibility so this is to inform

Warping Dialogue Box was quite OK in V-1.4 but with the developments of
Openjump Version 1.52 the Warping tool has no 'Tie line Drawing' tool for
drawing a tieline between a location for from point to to point. One cannot use
the DB.
Rectification back to previous version is expected.
