when I start OJ with oj_windows.bat
I receiver the error message:

OJ needs some parameters set to start up properly. i'd suggest you use the
startup scripts to start OJ.
if you are developing in an ide you should set something like the following in
your run configuration settings (taken from eclipse)
program arguments
-properties ${workspace_loc:}\wo
