as the previous one has no 3D option.
Could you tell me what your use case is ?
I think it is not too complex to set the z to 0 while saving a dataset
into postgis, but I'm a bit reluctant as NaN may have a different

writes NaN for the z-coordinate.
Is it possible to write 0.0 (zero) instead NaN
for the z-coordinate?
