my bad, didn't check all pics. actually the dll's are loaded by the jre, so
they "should" know which locale the application is run with. but sometimes
- the dll (or the routine it in turn uses) has no translated error strings
- the locale is simply not propagated properly

If you know how I can turn my Finnish Windows 7 to speak English, especially
without admin rights, I can remake those two screen captures.

A. you should switch OJ to english so you can capture screenshots in the
language you post your blog entry.
B. the preferred folder for native libraries is 'lib/native'. 'lib/ext' is
working too for legacy compatibility resons.
