I think this is possible, information needed are
- how / where to install dll exactly
- which jdbc drivers have to be included :
* MySQL : I think it is OK to include
ok,
so I guess, we let them do our upgrade?
I am fine with either one. So if after the release Michael wishes to
upgrade that is ok too.
Good thing to know is that the Mediawiki will stay in place for a while
more. As you know developers have a personal project home as well -
already on Alura.

Hi,
I made a test with Spatialite-4 dll files and everything seems to work. Thank
you very much for the great job.
Two usage example for those who are not familiar with Spatialite yet:
1) Read data as reprojected into any coordinate system supported by Spatialite,
which means support for 4223 d

It would surely be better.
Should not be too difficult, must take care of the following points though :
- choose between "modify the connection" or
"add a new connecti
It's not that automated :-). You have to follow the instructions for
installing Spatialite (including SQLite) here
http://www.gaia-gis.it/spatialite-2.3.1/binaries.html, and then define the
path to the Spatialite DLL (or just give the DLL name if it's in your
library search path) in the JDBC URL.
sweet. how do you manage the native libs? are they installed automatically to
somewhere appropriate by some installer and found by the jre?

I added the ability to load spatialite DLLs, and thus use Spatialite
functions, to the Jump DB Query plugin . Instead of calling SELECT
load_extension('path_to\
spatialite-4.dll'), you need to append
"?spatialite=/path/to/spatialite.dll" to the JDBC URL path in the dbquery
properties file.Its
a proper properties dialog with possibility for modification should be easy to

Hi,
Just made a hackish modification for database users.
Up to now, a project containing DataStoreDataSource
layers or DataStoreQueryDataSource layers could no
more be opened if connections become invalid.
It now imports empty layers instead, keeping the invalid
connection and, more important, th

Hi Geoffrey,
As far as I know SVG images are vector graphics so therefore are not
"at a scale" and hence resolution is not an issue.
You are right, this should only be a printing problem.
However, in OpenJUMP, rendering process uses screen coordinates, and it may
make things difficult for the e
