Hi Stefan - So far I know that "CVS" and "FTP" trigger the problem. To find
the problem line, use a binary approach (try removing the second half, etc.)
Would you be willing to look for the problem word in this way? I'll then
edit the code to auto-fix that word.

Your question can be rephrased as 'What files are being copied which do
not have a .java or .class extension?' ... which means all the other
files in the source folders (typically images / property files).

i am not sure without seeing the whole script, but it might be that you
have already the stuff in the directory -- because the javac command
puts the stuff there??? (see destdir=..)
so you do not have to copy what you already have
