on my desktop, the script runs fine in all browsers.
in one site on my server it runs well in IE but throws that same error on FF

The problem could be that the script is using an older version of
jQuery UI as well. In order for it to work with jQuery 1.3.x you'll
need to update it to at least 1.6rc6.
