There is, AFAIK, no more "robust" onload function. The shorthand
for it is quite easy: instead of:
$(document).ready(function () {
...
you only have to do
$(function() {
...
Make sure that you're not confusing the template if() block, which
would be server side, with java
$(function() {
// wait for DOM to fully load
$("#target").html('<\/iframe>'');
$("#imageUpload").live("load", function() {
alert("iframe loaded");
});
});
