I thought there might be some very clever way of doing it that the
pros aren't telling us about.
I'm guessing if my Javascript skills were better I'd probably be able
to create a "Grid" object with lots of handy properties and create an
instance of that object for e
I use psuedo attributes all the time. As long as you use them properly
(google "expandos") they are safe. But then your page won't "validate".
You could also use XML, I think.
