Ok. I've discovered what the behavior issue is. In FF2
elp
with positioning. I'm thinking of inserting the div right next to the input
element rather than using absolute positioning. If anyone has any tips how
to handle that I'm all ears.

that said, there are some issues on Safari 2.0.4 (419.3)
when you click on the "same field" example, the popup window opens up
way down the page.
