Apparently there is a problem with fadeIn in safari
I stumbled upon that too now that I can run Safari on Windows. I had
to update my slideshow plugin and change "fadeIn" to "fadeTo". I
assume it's not a problem on the mac version but I wanted my code to
work on the Windows version too (

refrain from using keywords (return) as option keys. I rarely ever use quotes
around my keys so I know I would be annoyed if a plugin imposed
