found a couple discussions that you can use onbefore or the onafter

Hey Folks:
I'm trying to implement a version of FancyZoom with Coda Slider. What
happens is when you click on the fancyzoom link it moves the slider
backwards in FF/Opera - works fine in Safari 4.
To get the panel to slide backwards you'll need to have it already

Hello jQuery Community
I have a question about the Coda Slider.
How can I create more than one Slider on one Webpage?

Using the coda-slider.1.1.1 plugin works in Firefox but there is a bug
in IE. It seems that the floats are not working within the 'scrolling'
div so that the items don't wrap.
See example: http://www.lib.byu.edu/hbll/dev/news_beta.php
Can someone tell me how to make it work in IE?
