I'm having problems getting the scroll plugins to work properly on ie6/7 -
it seems to work fine on all other browsers. The problem is with the second
scroll container that is nested within the first.
Take a look at my code here - the relevant parts would be a bit long to

Is there any way to round the value of a variable to the next decimal place?
For the project I'm working on I need to round up the figure regardless of
whether it is nearer to the lower value. e.g. 3. would become 4.
