[jQuery] creating frames

Ok this is strange. When I first time load the page using two datepickers, there seems to be some invisible elements (datepicker layres?) at the bottom of the page, so that scrollbar appears. Whenever I use the datepicker, and it hides, the scrollbar vanishes and the invisibile elements hide the
