Account.
The last year was started up Jenkins from Windows User Account "A".
After project responsibilities changed someone else wants to startup
Jenkins with User Account "B".

I am trying to download an artifact from the jenkins server with wget.
This is the command where *url.file *is the path to the artifact and*
HOST_IP *is the ip of the jenkins server i use.

You need to (re)install them from the available tab. The plugins have
