The latest version url is not working:
http://mirrors.jenkins-ci.org/war/latest/jenkins.war
It tries to load:
http://ftp-nyc.osuosl.org/pub/jenkins/war/1.469/jenkins.war
but this file is not there.
On the existing Jenkins I have I see:
