from occurring when there are no changes.

You haven't really described your problem very well. What SCM are you
using, How do you have your projects setup, etc. Without more information
on your setup, no one will be able to help you.

Problem Statement: How to stop the “no changes” mail in e-mail notification.
We are using Jenkins for send the e-mails to team members for any
modifications in the code. We have done already sent the e-mail
notifications to them including “no changes” but we need to stop the “no
changes
