Finally i found the solution,
The problem was related to the JDK, i used the TZUpdater to update the
timezones on my server and it worked well.
Thanks fellas for your help, really appreciated it.

I found a configuration there to change the timestamper mask... Is this one?
Cause i was looking the documentation about this plugin, and it's saying
that this plugins just adds timestamps to console output.
